Banktech is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Grove as Venue Solutions Manager in South East Queensland.
Michael joins Banktech with more than 22 years of hospitality gaming industry experience. He has a strong reputation for building lasting customer relationships and delivering outstanding outcomes. Most recently, he held the position of Queensland and Northern Territory Sales Manager, where he successfully supported venues and businesses across the region.
Having spent more than two decades in the industry, Michael is passionate about the continual evolution of technology and the opportunities it creates for venues and businesses alike.

In his new role with Banktech, Michael is looking forward to leveraging his extensive network and experience to support customers across the Gold Coast hospitality industry.

Michael joins Richard Burns and Justin Eyre as part of Banktech’s Queensland Venue Solutions team, further strengthening our presence across the state. Together, the team brings extensive industry knowledge, strong customer relationships and a shared commitment to helping venues maximise opportunities through innovative technology and tailored solutions.
Michael is also looking forward to meeting everyone at the AGE in Sydney next month.
