We are seeking a hands‑on Repair Centre Supervisor to lead our technical team in Macquarie Park. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of a wide range of equipments and devices, working in a fast‑paced environment where safety compliance and the delivery of highly reliable products are essential.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the workflow and allocating priorities
- Training and developing team members
- Resolving mechanical and electrical issues
- Equipment testing
- Fault finding, diagnosis and repairs
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
- Documenting processes and procedures
- Supporting an inclusive and safe working environment
Are you the one?
You will have:
- Relevant electro/mechanical qualification or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability in the repair of electro-mechanical equipment
- Previous experience in repairing ATMs or gaming equipment
- Demonstrated team leadership ability
- Experience in working with computer hardware
- Sound PC skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
