Our Repair Division is looking for a skilled technician dedicated to refurbishing and repairing a variety of products with a focus on quality and professionalism. This role provides the opportunity to work autonomously within a supportive, multi-skilled team environment. It’s an excellent opportunity to acquire the skills needed to repair an array of items including dispensers, card readers, printers, bill validators, cassettes and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with devices and component parts
- Refurbish cash dispensers from multiple manufacturers (NCR, Hyosung, Puloon, Hitachi), from replacement of worn gears, belts, and other components to full strip down and rebuild
- Repair and test assemblies from cash management devices, such as card readers and printers
- Maintain tools and testing equipment in good working order
- Ensure compliance with all requirements for handling regulated gaming equipment
What You’ll Bring:
- Understanding of electronic and electromechanical components
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent technical aptitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Competence using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Proven experience testing and diagnosing electromechanical products
- Effective communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience repairing or refurbishing cash dispensers (highly desirable)
General Information:
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:06 PM, Monday to Friday.
- On-site parking is available.
- Product training provided.
