Banktech Australia is the leading independent payments and gaming solutions provider to the hospitality industry.
We are seeking a capable and motivated Field Service Technician to join our Sydney team in servicing our expanding product range, including gaming devices, ATMs and cash redemption terminals. You will manage service calls and product installations, resolving issues in a structured way whilst maintaining good communication with customers.
We will provide full product training and on-going support to assist you to deliver high quality service.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Demonstrated above-average mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in a comprehensive manner.
- Ability to provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of Banktech’s equipment.
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards and practices.
- Proven proficiency with PCs and windows based operating systems.
- Ability to lift, push or carry a minimum of 15 or more kilos to deliver equipment to clients.
- Experience with Gaming Machines and related peripherals will be highly regarded
Working Hours
- Sunday 10.00AM – 6:06PM
- Monday to Thursday 8:00AM – 4:06PM
