Banktech offers a 24/7 help desk. This means if devices go down, we get a notification often before the venue knows there is a problem with the device. We offer help desk support that initially helps the venue resolve the issue themselves..
In addition, the Banktech Field Service Team operates 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week on all technologies. Response times are typically 2 to 4 hours in metro areas and 4 to 6 hours in regional areas.
How many field techs do we have out there?
Banktech has just under 50 field techs working on keeping devices online at any one time. Our techs carry a wide range of spare parts to increase the chance of being able to fix a device on the spot.
